Is this sentence gramatically correct?
It seems awkward to me in terms of using 'fill' in the sentence.
Is this fine? How can the verb 'fill' be used in this structure?

That way, we can advertise the vacancies in advance, rather than having only two days fill the vacancies.

How about adding 'to' before 'fill'?

You must add the "to" before "fill."
 
Note the correct spelling of "grammatically". Also remember that thread titles should include some or all of the words or phrases being queried. A good title for this thread would have been "Rather than having only two days fill the vacancies".
