Dear all,

It has been observed that some employees are sharing confidential information of the company with outsiders. Sharing private details of the company with members is a legal offense. Breach of confidentiality can cause repercussions that may obliterate the goodwill of the company. If anyone is found doing so, will be handed over to the legal department and terminated from the service.

NOT A TEACHER

Hello, Sanifer:

I would suggest something like this:

"Some employees are divulging confidential information to unauthorized persons, which is in violation of company policy. Such breaches of confidentiality jeopardize the interests of our organization. Violators, therefore, will be immediately terminated."

How about: Violators, therefore, will have their employment immediately terminated?

Who are the members that are referred to?
