Is the form "Has she a book?" still can be used,

or it's better to say "Has she got a book?" or "Does she have a book?"

I wouldn't use it. It is possible, at least in BrE, but it's uncommon nowadays.

That construction is very rare in AmE.

Can the form "Has she a book?" still be used?
Is the form "Has she a book?" still used?

or it's better to say "Has she got a book?" or "Does she have a book?"
