whats the difference between the two?

My weakness is being workaholic.

My weakness is my being workaholic.

My weakness is being a workaholic.

My weakness is my being a workaholic.
They are both not very good in my opinion. I would say: "My weakness is that I am a workaholic."
At the first glance, I thought that the first sentence meant "My weakness is behaving like a workaholic.", which doesn't make much sense.

I am not a teacher.

I agree, neither of the two original sentences is very good, yours is much better.

What about?;

Being a workaholic is my weakness.

Being a workaholic is my Achilles' heel.
