1. I swim every Sunday
2. I go swimming every Sunday.
3. I play football every Sunday.
4. I go playing football every Sunday.

Is there any difference between 'swim' and 'go swimming'? Does it sound unnatural to say 'go playing football' in sentence 4?

Thanks.
