Hey guys, I know that this sentence which is below is incorrect, but I want to know Is it the physical action or not?

Sam has been having his car for two years.

I confused with actions...

Sam has had/owned/possessed his car for two years. The underlined verbs clearly do not denote an action.

I can't talk to you now - I'm having/eating my breakfast. Equally clearly, the underlined verbs denote an action.

Ownership/possession is a state not an action.
