Is 'hard attack' a compound noun in the phrase: "He had a heart attack." ?
If I understand correctly compound nouns get a little bit more stress on the first word than the second.
I would normally stress the following words (the one with the capital letters) when not making any contrast or special importance.

Code:
. * . * . *
He HAD a HEART aTACK.

Of course stress can be shifted for special emphasize, but I don't want any special emphasize. Any suggestion is appreciated.

Yes it is. And the stress is on the first word.
