I mean, is saying 'An office called...." correct?

There are many more possibilities than I expected: http://www.acronymfinder.com/TIA.html. :lol: I'd go for "Thanks In Advance" (#6) or "Thanks in Anticipation" (#24), although I've never heard the latter.
