"is always borrowing/will always borrow" Expressing present annoying habits

Hello everyone,

Is there any difference between these two sentences?


1. "She's always borrowing my clothes without asking me." (annoying behaviour)
2. "She'll always borrow my clothes without asking me." (annoying behaviour)

P.S. And what about these two? Any difference between them?

1. "She was always borrowing my clothes without asking me."
2. "She would borrow my clothes without asking me."

1 says she does it and 2 says she will do it again in the future.

PS

1 says she always did it and 2 means she would only do it sometimes.
