Interruption vs interference

"We won't allow any interference in internal affairs of our company" is a sentence that makes good sense. Can I use "interruption" instead? Does it make any sense to you? Thank you very much.

No, "interruption" does not work. Interference is a deliberate action by people to influence the progress of an operation while interruption is not. Interruption could be a consequence of interference though.
 
"We won't allow any interference in the internal affairs of our company" is a sentence that makes good sense.
It's grammatical if that's what you mean. Whether it makes sense or not depends on context.
