Hello can someone tell me the difference between interaction and conversation?

Hello can someone tell me the difference between interaction and conversation?
You can't have a conversation without speaking?

That is right. How do we differentiate them though. Tell me more about it please.

Here's a definition:

interaction /ˌɪntərˈækʃən/n
  • a mutual or reciprocal action or influence
  • the transfer of energy between elementary particles, between a particle and a field, or between fields
(Collins)

There's nothing in there about speaking. A conversation involves talking.
