Could you please explain to me the following wordplay:
Q. What do you call it when you have your mom's mom on speed dial?
A. Instagram.

Apart from it denoting the social network, how is it related to having your mom's mom on speed dial?

One of my childhood friends used "Grammy". To be fair, "Gram" is hardly ever used in British English.
