Please help me improve the following inspection report. Thank you very much.
1) As discussed with your Mr. Holgate on 18.06.2016, since we are still liaison with appropriate maintenance agent and looking for required funding to repair the leaking water meter at Hudson Road. To avoid unnecessary water consumption, we wish you could temporarily switch off the main switch of water meter under the floor as we have already switch off the subsidiary water meter on the floor. We will immediately inform you of the progress of the water meter rectification work upon acknowledging the availability of suitable maintenance agent and funding needed for the work.
2) On the other hand, we received a telephone call from the complainant, Mr. Rolf on 20.06.2016 about his discontentment about horticultural maintenance at Hudson Road and the summary of his accusations are as follows:
a) Substandard services provided by our horticultural contractor and our poor supervision over them due to bureaucracy. Mr. Rolf alleged that he had recently lodged a complaint to the District Government against our prolonged failure to supervise the ineffective horticultural contractor.
b) Ineffectiveness of the outsource system were clearly exposed and Mr. Rolf, acted as a citizen, aimed to bring the community's awareness on the poor horticultural management exerted by the horticultural contractor and our clubhouse.
c) Extreme shortage of horticultural workers and the general indolent attitude of those workers
d) Horticultural workers lacking in necessary professional expertise in horticultural maintenance
e) Frequent misapplication of horticultural tools by the horticultural workers when carrying out pruning work on the plants and undergrowth cutting, prompting the damage of adjacent healthy plants
f) Considerable horticultural debris frequently left by the horticultural worker at the open drainage channels and on the amenity areas after pruning work and undergrowth cutting, heavily spoiling the nearby river environmental condition
g) Extensive death of plants at the amenity area under the bridge of the railway mainly caused by insufficient watering
f) Cautious and attentive towards their horticultural works only after receiving complaints and concerns from the public
h) Our maladministration on supervising the performance of the horticultural contractor, solely assessing their performance by reading their submitted reports and without frequent on-site scrutiny.
