Please check the following sentences.

1) In the past, I wished that I would get a chance to work for the USA or England.
2) In the past, I wished I would get a chance to work for the USA or England.
3) In the past, I wished that I would get
 
#3 is incomplete.

Also, you probably mean 'work in', nor 'work for' unless you're trying to talk about some kind of government employment.
