In my opinion 'away' has (got) to be an adverb here

In the sentence In my opinion 'away' has (got) to be an adverb here, not a particle actually would you use has to or would you prefer must: In my opinion 'away' must be an adverb here, not a particle actually.
Please could you explain to my why.

"Has got to be" works.
So does a simple "is". "'Away' is an adverb here."

"Must" doesn't work in that particular sentence though others might disagree.

Just use "is". Keep it simple.

Both has got to and must have the same meaning in this context (logical certainty), so you can use either one. Using is doesn't express quite this meaning.

The difference between has got to and must is that has got to has a more casual spoken register.
