Recently, the weather of Korea has changed a lot. In former days, yellow dust flew from the Mongolian desert in spring, but now, polluted fine dust blows/flies/comes from China from winter to spring.

Are the underlined correct?

Try:

but now, dust blows in from China from winter to spring.

from China from winter to spring.
It's not very elegant to repeat "from" like that. Try "... from China winter through/and spring".

I prefer "previously" to "in former days".
