I want to describe a scene where after I opened the door (to my house), I saw my sister. And she looked panic-stricken. Can I write the scene in the following manner?

- As I opened the door, I was greeted by my sister in a panic-stricken face.

Or:

... I was greeted by my sister's panic-stricken face.
... I was greeted by the panic-stricken face of my sister.
