Dear sir,

Sub: Submission of stamp paper for completion of registration as an Industrial Trainee.

This is with reference to the letter I got from the Institute of ACG of India dated 19/05/2016 regarding the non-submission of non-judicial stamp paper. I got this letter on 1[SUP]st[/SUP] of June 2016. As I have not submitted the non-judicial stamp paper along with the form-104, I am submitting the same along with this letter. Although I have submitted the Form-1501 on 10th of May 2016.

I request you to please accept the same.

Thanking You,
Sandipan Mishra

Please improve this letter if possible. Actually I am trying to write a letter to the institute as I got a letter from them asking for some documents in stamp paper. I could not submit those paper with the time frame of 30 days. So I have to request them to accept my documents now. Please have a look at this letter.

Thanks in advance.

It looks okay except that last sentence (which is not a sentence) is not needed. Also, "industrial trainee" is not a proper noun.

You might want to replace "I request you" with "I ask you".

What is stamp paper?

May I know what "non-judicial stamp paper" and "documents in stamp paper" are?

Although I have submitted the Form-1501 on 10th of May 2016.
This is not a complete sentence. You can say: I have submitted the Form-1501 on 10 May, 2016 though.

Capitalise both words in "Dear Sir". "Thanking You" is not natural (nor should "you" be capitalised).

Regarding tedmc's post, we don't use the present perfect with a time indicator. Say either "I submitted form 1501 on 10 May, 2016" or "I have already submitted form 1501".
