Which of these are correct?
  • [I'm wathching this movie right now as we speak. I've never seen it before.]
    This is the first time I've watched this movie.
    This is the first time I'm watching this movie.

  • [I'm wathching this movie right now as we speak. I've never seen it before.]
    I've watched this movie for the first time.
    I'm watching this movie for the first time.

Unlike jutfrank, I can't imagine saying "This is the first time I'm watching this movie". In reality, I wouldn't use any of them. If someone asked, I'd say "I've never seen this film before". Most people don't watch films more than once so I wouldn't include "first time" in my statement. It makes it sound as if I plan to watch it again.

Yes, I agree it's quite unusual but I can imagine some people saying it in some situations.
