A guy asks a girl for directions. The link takes you right to the part.

I heard "I'm not good with the neighborhood that well," but that can't be right because "not good" and "that well" are redundant.

Any suggestions?

He slurs his words. I heard I'm (the)... the neighborhood that well. I can't think of any words that would make sense there.
 
I had to listen to it four or five times but I got the same as Piscean.
 
I've listened to it a few more times. I think the actor stumbled over his lines. He started to say I'm..., then remembered his line was I don't really know the neighborhood that well. It comes out ​I'm th- don' really know....
