Hello
What is the differences between " I'm guessing the meaning." And " I recognize this expression and I'm guessing the meaning.'?

I've corrected your title as you've spelt 'guess/guessing' wrong every time. You can use Edit Post to correct the others.

The difference is that the second sentence gives more information.

Thanks
Does recognize here mean 'know', understand" ?

I recognize this expression and I'm guessing the meaning.
I think you have seen/heard the expression before but don't know the meaning.

I confused ^^Sorry, to be sure, Is this its meaning? "I have heard the expression before but I don't know the meaning"

"I have heard the expression before but I don't know the meaning"
That doesn't apply to a different context like 'I recognize this expression, and I can use it'.
