It seems to me that the lady does not pronounce "gonna" at 0:10 [
] and eliminates "t" in "to". In other words, she pronounces "I'm /gəʊinə də/. Am I correct?
 
I detect a slight /t/ there. It's followed by a short/ u/ rather than a schwa.

Not if its /gəʊiŋtu/
 
This doesn't pertain to the OP's question, but I thought overall the video was excellent for colloquial AmE. Again and again the presenter is exactly right.
