Does "I'm done mincing words" mean "I am now rejecting those rhetorical words"?

Okay. I searched "I'm done" and it usually means "I'm finished", which is what I don't understand. Now I guess it mean "I've given up my trying to persuade (I'm done mincing words. And instead I want to start name calling)." I am not very sure I've got it right.

You're right about I'm done. "Mincing words" is using less-direct language and euphemism, like saying someone passed rather than "died". The twit (is that the right word for someone who tweets?*) is saying "I won't speak in a roundabout way anymore."

*(I know it isn't. )
