I'm embarrassed to say that with the help of my flatmate, we have translated most of it:

"I'm the gangster in this neighbourhood. I am ????????????, sitting on your butt with my Colt 40 (gun) and my friends, smoking a large joint in my house. Oh yeah!"

We have no idea what "bustin' shiznitz an' layin' da cuts straight" means. "Shiznitz" is supposed to be the "coolest thing you can possibly think of" but it doesn't make any sense after "bustin'"

It's just meant to imitate the talk, so I wouldn't bust my shiznitz to get the exact meaning.

I'll take your AmE word for that. I've never heard of the brand and we don't measure our drinks in ounces here. Mind you, I've never heard of a Colt 40 gun either - I just assumed if a Colt 45 was a gun, then probably a 40 was too.
