Does the inspector say We'll or I'll in I just need to scan your badge, and ... get you through quickly?

I can't make out whether he says we'll or I'll or indeed nothing at all, but it doesn't matter because in colloquial speech the meaning would be the same in all three cases. The first speaker has said he's in a hurry and the reassuring reply is that a quick look at the badge won't take long.
