I came across this expression: someone with your expertise. Is it a common collocation? If it is, what does it mean? How should I use it. Please show me some example sentences. This expression is in the second image above.

Yes. You're more likely to come across it in writing or in formal to semi-formal speech however.
If it is, what does it mean?
...I would appreciate the insight of someone who has your expertise [in a particular field].
Here the writer means: I need insight from someone with expertise in this field. You have such expertise. I've therefore come to you.
