If you eat more than one egg yolk every day you may contract a heart disease in the future. But doctors say only 60% people out of 100% would face this problem if they ate it on regular basis and 40% would not face any problems. It could be vice versa. I don't remember which ratio was more 60% people wouldn't face any problem or 40% people.
