My answer is 'a'
Which one do you prefer 'a' or 'c'?

I've highlighted two spacing errors above. Right-to-left keyboard layouts often introduce this kind of error. Please review your posts carefully for spacing problems before submitting them.
 
You can't really say which one you prefer because this is not a matter of preference, but meaning.

Using manage would create a zero conditional. In this sense, the referent of you would be understood as an unspecified person. In other words, the sentence is saying something about people in general.

Using will manage would create a first conditional. This could be used when the referent of you is a specific individual or individuals. In other words, the speaker/writer has somebody, or a group of people, in particular in mind.


Another use of will manage here could be to describe the expected habits of people in general.
