I have read things about conditionals.
Longman English Grammar
14.7 Type 1, Variation 1: 'If + present + modal
e.g.)
If she <finishes> early, she <can/could, may/might, should, must, ought to> phone me.
Will in the main clause expresses certainty or near-certainty [> 11.28].
If we do not feel 'certain' enough to use will, or if we want to express
the idea of e.g. necessity, we can use another modal instead:
My Question: If I uses <would> modal verb in the main clause, in this case, is it a type of mixed conditionals?
e.g.)
If she <finishes> early, she <WOULD> phone me.
[If clause: conditional 1] [main clause: conditional 2]
=Mixed conditionals?
Also does this sentence make sense?
