According to English Grammar Code by Wang Shengliang, page 92:
If it rained tomorrow, they would put off the meeting.
= If it should rain tomorrow, they would put off the meeting.
= If it were to rain tomorrow, they would put off the meeting.

Do native speakers agree with what he says?
