Are both sentences correct? Have they got the same meaning? Which one is better to use?

"I have a lot to do today. If I had time so much to do, we could go out."

"I have a lot to do today. If I managed so much to do, we could go out."

Neither is correct.

You need something like:

I have a lot to do today. If I manage to get through it all, we could go out later.

Can 'can' be used instead of 'could' without having any affect on the meaning?

But I need to use 2nd conditional in these sentences. Is it possible?

I think it can. (Let's see what Piscean says.)
:)

That sentence is fine, but it does not mean exactly the same as if you had used 'could'.

I also read somewhere that 'could', especially in conditional sentences, implies that there is more possibility of something to happen, whereas 'can' less.

Type. 1 conditional sentences are comprised of two clauses dependent and independent. The first of 'future indefinite tense' and the second of 'present indefinite tense'. This type is used when there's some certainty of an action to occur.
