In a grammar book as an example of a mixed type of conditional sentence.

It's a coursebook for Russian students, edited by a Russian professor Arakin. But I don't know where Mr Arakin took this text (there is no any reference in the textbook as to the source). So here's a photo of the title page:

The coursebook is the source. You can name the book and its author in future posts.
 
Not a good example – especially in a grammar book.
