Can we say:

1-seaweeds

2-To make a play on words

3-Nature is very strong. (Is it better to say "THE Nature"? )

4-I'm trying to lose the kilos I have put on.

5-I had no control over the wheels.

Can we say:

1-seaweeds - Not normally, no. Seaweed is the collective noun.

2-To make a play on words - Yes.

3-Nature is very strong. (Is it better to say "THE Nature"? ) - No article is required.

4-I'm trying to lose the kilos I have put on. Yes.

5-I had no control over the wheels. Yes (or "over the car")
