Does the sentence below sound natural and grammatical?

I would highly appreciate it if you kindly give me some feedback on it (essay/draft paper/ e.t.c.).

Does the sentence below sound natural and is it grammatical? A sentence can't sound grammatical. It either is or it isn't.

I would [STRIKE]highly[/STRIKE] appreciate it if you would [STRIKE]kindly[/STRIKE] give me some feedback on it (essay, draft paper, [STRIKE]e.t.c.[/STRIKE] etc.)

I've never liked "highly appreciate". If you really need to intensify "appreciate", use "greatly". The use of "kindly" is very prevalent in Indian English but no so much in other varieties. I'd omit it. It's clear that you're asking someone to do something kind because you're asking them to do something and you've said you'll appreciate it.

"etc" is not an acronym or an initialism. It's an abbreviation of "et cetera". As such, there should be no full stops between the letters but there should be one after the third letter.
