Hello,
What is the difference between?
I work hard today.
I am working hard today.

Hello. There's no need for a greeting. Just go ahead with your question.
What is the difference between the following sentences?
1. I work hard today.
2. I am working hard today.
Note my changes and comment above. Whenever you give us more than one sentence to look at, please number them. It makes it easier for us to refer to them in our responses.
Sentence 1 isn't natural. "I work hard" would be a general statement, referring to a habitual action, so it doesn't work with "today".
Sentence 2 is correct. The use of the present continuous expresses the fact that the "hard work" is an ongoing situation - all day today.
