Hi.

Someone posted some photos of her marriage. I commented under the pictures "I wish you a happy ever after".

I wonder if it's natural. Would you please also provide some alternatives?

Thats seems to be taken from the fairy-tale ending "And they lived happily ever after". It is not used in this day and age.
You can say: I wish you all the best for a happy marriage.

It's not a phrase I've seen but I think it works well. It would be readily understood.

This friend of mine believes that she's the princess of her husband and they live in a fairy tale.

Edited:

I asked a similar question (The meaning of this sentence when I first heard of it on WR.) but today's question has nothing to do with it.

Here's the link.

I like it a lot.

I might even use it myself if I can decide whether 'a happy ever-after' would look better.

(I think I've discounted 'a happy-ever-after.):-?

I think it is endearing to some as it is reminiscent of the cliched fairy-tale ending.
