You are thinking about (of?) your friend, like "I haven't seen her a while. I wonder if she is fine."
Then she calls you.
You would say:

1. I was just thinking about you.
2. I was just thinkig of you.

Which is correct?
If both are correct, is there any difference in meaning?

Both are correct. There is no difference in meaning.
