Are the following correct?
I was awarded as a top university student because I got A in almost all courses.
I was awarded as a top employee because I had done some project in time and made deadline.

No—'I was awarded ...' needs a direct object, such as a degree/prize/certificate/diploma/medal.

How about?
I was honored as a top university student because I got A in almost all courses.
I was honored as a top employee because I had done some project in time and made deadline.

I think "recognized" might work better in that. Are you talking about getting a formal certificate/award?

If it's for formal writing, I would use "received", or even better, "earned", instead of "got".

The verb "get" (when it means "receive" or "obtain") is a dull, pedestrian and informal word.

I would also add the indefinite article "an" before the grade "A":

"... I earned an A..."

Yes. I was awarded prizes which were worth a lot in my university and workplace.

Are the following OK now?

I was honored as a top university student because I earned an A in almost all courses.

I was honored as a top employee because I had done some projects in time and made deadline.
