Notice, Jit, that both of your earlier respondents changed noodle to noodles without explicitly calling attention to that change. It has to be noodles.

There are thousands of ways of writing it - not all as good as each other.
"Considering both the spice specifications which you use in your cooking for Michael and those which are you planning to use when cooking for me, could you possibly equate the two?"
