Sentence:
I used MS Word to complete some projects, such as A B and C, and I obtained excellent results for them.

Question1:
Can I omit the second "I"?
Question2:
Could you please suggest some words to replace "used"?
Question3:
Could you please suggest some words to replace "complete"?
