Is this following sentence grammartically right?
'I suggested him go to see a dentist'
Is 'I suggested that he (should) went to see a dentist' better?
If the aboves are not natural, please offer me any better ones.
Thanks so much.

(Not a Teacher)

Neither of those sentences are correct. Here's how it should be written:
"I suggested (that) he (should) go see a dentist."

The words in parentheses are optional.

"I suggested that he went to see a dentist" is OK in BrE, as is "I suggested (that) he (should) go to see a dentist."

(Not a Teacher)

Now that I'm saying you're second sentence aloud to myself
I realize that it's fine. I guess it's just not the way that comes most
naturally to me.

You can also say, 'I suggested that he (should) go and see a dentist'.
"go see" and other "go verb" contructions are AmE.
