I need syntactically analyze these sentences:

1.The options to consider were excellent.

2. Part of being a good teacher is knowing that you always have something new to learn.

In this way:
for example sentence "He lives in this building."
S = S+V+At
S=Pron.=he
V=VP=main Verb=lives
A=PP=Prep.+OP(object of preposition)
Prep=in
OP=NP=Determiner+Hw
Det.=this
Hw=N=building

1.The options to consider were excellent.

2. Part of being a good teacher is knowing that you always have something new to learn.

1.
The options to consider = complete subject
options = simple subject
the = det.
to consider = adjectival infinitive complement
were = CopV
excellent = predicate adjective

2.
part of being a good teacher = complete subject
part = simple subject
of being a good teacher = prepositional phrase modifying the simple subject
PRO being a good teacher = NP, gerund phrase; being is the head
a good teacher = predicat enominative in the non-finite gerund clause
PRO = covert subject of the gerund clause
a = det.
good = adj.
is = CopV
knowing that you always have something new to learn = predicate nominative
knowing = gerund; head of the gerund phrase after the linking verb
that you always have something new to learn = direct object of knowing
that = subordinator
you always have something new to learn = SVOC
always = temporal adjunct
have = V
something = direct object of have
new = postpositive adjective
to learn = complement of 'something new'

That's not good but thanks anyway!

I am puzzled too. What, exactly, is not good?

If that remains true, it is a great tragedy for this forum.
