I hereby inform you that I have been transferred from jolarpet branch to tirupattur branch on 30/05/23.I was acted as a Chief associate at Jolarpet branch in last month. The acting allowances for the Chief associate for the below noted period was not paid for the last month at Jolarpet Branch due to my transfer of Brams to tirupattur on account of 5 years transfer policy. Hence I request you to pay the eligible acting allowances and 3 in 1 reimbursement at tirupattur branch for the said period.
Date-16/05/23 to 30/05/23(for acting allowance,01/5/23 to 15/05/23 already paid)
Date-01/05/23 to 30/5/23(for 3 in 1 reimbursement)
