I would like to know your opinion on the use of the verb "help" in these sentences:

1. I helped to the customer resolve his issue.
2.
I helped to customer solve his issue.
3.
I helped customer solve his issue.

Try:

I helped the customer resolve his issue.

Note that none of the sentences in your post above is grammatical.

Sentence 1 is wrong because "helped to the customer" is wrong.
Sentence 2 is wrong because "helped to customer" is wrong.
Sentence 3 is wrong because you have failed to use an article before "customer".

Tarheel has given you the two grammatical ways of saying what you mean.
