When I tell someone my account is ready to use, which of the following is correct:

1. I have tested, it was activated.
2. I tested, it has been activated.
3. I tested, it was activated.
4. I have tested, it had been activated.

None of them works. For a start, even if the words were grammatical, each one should have a semi-colon instead of a comma. The most natural way for me would be the following:

I have tested it; it has been activated.

Why do you use "has" instead of "had", since activation took place before I tested it?

"Has" shows that it's been activated and the state of activation continues to exist.

"Had" could work in a different context. It had been activated yesterday but it was de-activated today.
