Hello,
I have trouble figuring out which tense to use in the following contexts. Can you help me out with it, please?
1/ I have OR HAD been singing all year, but now it is over. I have just stopped OR I just STOPPED.
2/ I have OR HAD been singing a lot until now, but it is over now. I have just stopped OR I just stopped.
I am a bit confused.
Thanks a lot for helping.

Before we offer any assistance, we need to know the source of these sentences.
