A recruiter wrote me this e-mail without I had not asked any feedback:

Dear XXX,

I hope you had a great weekend. I am waiting for your feedback from our Business People. I will keep you updated as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience.

I would like to answer with something like this:

Dear XXXX

I have had a nice weekend, thank you for asking and for keeping me updated.

I warmly hope in a good feedback, I am crossing the fingers.

With warm regards

I would go with something like this:

Dear xxxx,

Thank you for keeping in touch and for keeping me updated. I look forward to having good feedback and have my fingers crossed for this.
