I have four brothers and sisters.

Are all of the following possible? Does the person herself/himself includ in the sentence above when he/she counts siblings?

Two brothers and two sisters.
Three brothers and one sister.
One brother and three sisters.

"I have four brothers and sisters" is ambiguous but it definitely doesn't include the speaker. The possible options are that the speaker has:

- four brothers and four sisters
- a total of four siblings and they're definitely not all male or all female.
