Hello, which prepositions are correct?

1- I did not get the permission of my dad to join the army.
2- I did not got get permission from my dad to join the army.

3- I have built this house here with/by (the) permission of my landlord.

And could you also tell me if the the in the brackets is needed?

All the prepositions are correct. "The" is optional there.

#1 seems very unnatural to me. #2 is fine.

Perhaps:

My dad didn't give me his permission to join the army.

Or:

I did not get my dad's permission to join the army.

I built this house with my landlord's permission.

OK. Does that have a possible real life scenario? Let's see.

Abe: I built this house with my landlord's permission.
Bob: This house?
Abe: That's right.
Bob: Your house?
Abe: That's right.
Bob: So who's your landlord?
Abe: What do you mean?
Bob: Well, if it's your house how could you have a landlord?

It sounds unlikely, true, but he could have rented some farmland from his landlord, and needed the landlord's permission to construct a house on it. :) (A landlord in the original sense.)

3- I have built this house here with/by (the) permission of my landlord.
"With" works. "By" sounds old-fashioned if not incorrect to me but I see no one else's objected to it. I'd still say it's unlikely and "with" would be the usual word.

Hello. (Unnecessary. Just go straight in with your question.)
