I have been an educator for decades and have known Sarah since December 2010. She has taken the courses “C++ Programming Language” and “Data Structures”, as well as laboratory sessions “Linux Tools” and “Computer Networking”, and passed those courses with grades of 20/20, 20/20, 19/20 and 20/20 respectively.

That's clear. To improve, you might:

specify how many years you've been an educator.
state in what capacity you know Sarah.
make it even clearer by putting each pass mark directly after each course, instead of using ... respectively.
